We use Gospel Project for Kids curriculum for the Children's Ministry at GLC.  The Gospel Project for Kids is a Christ-centered ongoing weekly Bible study resource that looks at the big picture of God's story, the story of redemption through Jesus Christ. Each week, kids of all ages will follow a chronological timeline of Bible events, all the while learning how each story points to the gospel of Jesus Christ.

And now for this week's lesson...

Jesus Told Nicodemus about Eternal Life

This upcoming Sunday your child will learn about:  Jesus Told Nicodemus about Eternal Life
Story Point:  Nicodemus needed new life—eternal life—but he could not do anything to earn it. Eternal life is a gift that comes only from God. God showed His love in this way: He sent His one and only Son to save the world. Everyone who believes in Him will not perish but will have eternal life.
Family Bible Reading: But God proves his own love for us in that while we were still sinners, Christ died for us. Romans 5:8
Big Picture Question:  How do we know God loves us?
Big Picture Answer:   We can know that God loves us because He gave us Jesus to forgive the sins of the world.
