Children's Ministry News
Our annual Easter Egg Hunt, for ages 1-11 years old, will be this Sunday starting 15 minutes after service ends. Parents, please pick up your children quickly so they won't miss out on the egg hunt! Don't forget your Easter baskets!
For this Sunday, we will have classes for:
We use the Gospel Project for Kids curriculum for the Children's Ministry at GLC. The Gospel Project for Kids is a Christ-centered ongoing weekly Bible study resource that looks at the big picture of God's story, the story of redemption through Jesus Christ. Each week, kids of all ages will follow a chronological timeline of Bible events, all the while learning how each story points to the gospel of Jesus Christ.
And now for this week's lesson...

- Gospel Tots - ages 1 - 2 Years Old
- Gospel Tykes - ages 3 - 5 Years Old
- Gospel Kids - K - 2nd Grade
- Gospel Students - 3rd - 5th Grade

Story Point from Acts 2: Jesus, the Son of God, humbled Himself by coming to earth as a man. Jesus never sinned, but He died on the cross to rescue people from their sins. Jesus rose from the dead and is alive! Everyone who trusts in Jesus has forgiveness and life with God forever.
Family Bible Reading: He was pierced because of our rebellion, crushed because of our iniquities; punishment for our peace was on him, and we are healed by his wounds. Isaiah 53:5
Big Picture Question: Why did Jesus become human?
Big Picture Answer: Jesus became human to rescue sinners.
