Prayers for The Criss Family
GLC Family,
We are heartbroken to inform you that we lost our brother-in-Christ, Rodney Criss. Rodney endured a months long battle with cancer, with the Lord relieving him of his suffering this morning. Rodney received Jesus as his savior many years ago and the witness he was to Christ was seen and felt by many. He was kind, encouraging, gentle, and generous. Those around him can attest to his sacrificial service and willingness to constantly help those in need. His love for the Lord and faithfulness is evident through the fruit born by his family under his care, but in all things, Rodney would not point you to who he was, but to who Jesus is, which is perhaps his greatest testimony.
The Crisses have attended Gospel Life Church since 2011 and have been members since its inception. They faithfully served and immersed themselves in the work here to the glory of God and to the blessing of many around them, being a foundation and support for many.
Prayers for The Criss family are appreciated. A meal train will be organized on their behalf with the details forthcoming. We will keep you all informed as to how you may support Lisa and pay your respects to Rodney in the coming days. For now, your prayers and words of encouragement are greatly valued.
If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to reach out.
Blessings,
The GLC Elder Team
