• Jesus obeyed His parents and followed God’s plan to save people from sin.

Gospel Tykes (ages 2 - 5 years old)  

• As Jesus grew up, He was strong and wise. Jesus was getting ready to follow His Father’s plan: to die on the cross and save people from sin.

Gospel Kids (K - 2nd grade)

• Simeon and Anna worshiped Jesus as the Messiah who God promised to save people from their sins. By trusting in Jesus, we can be saved from our sins and, like Simeon and Anna, praise God for His salvation.

This upcoming Sunday your child will learn about: The Prophet Zechariah
Story Point from Zechariah: Zechariah shared that God's kingdom will be established forever.
Family Bible Reading: On that day it will be said, “Look, this is our God; we have waited for him, and he has saved us. This is the LORD; we have waited for him. Let’s rejoice and be glad in his salvation.” Isaiah 25:9
Big Picture Question: How did God plan to fix what sin broke?
Big Picture Answer: Before he created the world, God planned to send the Messiah.

Gospel Tots (ages 1 & 2 years old)

•  God promised the King is coming. This promise came true with Jesus, who came to save us and be our King.

Gospel Tykes (ages 2 - 5 years old)  

• Zechariah talked about a special King who would come to gently lead the people. This promise came true with Jesus, who came to save us and be our kind King.

Gospel Kids (K - 2nd grade)

• Zechariah prophesied about the Messiah, saying He would be a humble King who would build a new and better kingdom. Jesus is the Messiah King. Those who trust in Him are forgiven of their sin and welcomed into His kingdom.

Youth GC Campout!  February 12-14 | McKinney Falls State Park | Grades 6-12th
We’re excited to invite our youth group on a multi-day camping adventure designed to encourage fellowship, growth, and a deeper walk with the Lord. Over the course of our time together, students will enjoy hiking, outdoor games, and plenty of opportunities to experience God’s creation firsthand.

All meals will be provided and if you can't find any camping gear, don't worry, we can help you borrow or find some!  We'll be arranging carpools leaving from the church building and other locations as needed.  The cost is $50 per person and includes all meals and entrance into the state park.

Foundations Class - Sanctification | Wednesday, February 4 @ 6pm
Join us for our Foundations class where we will  focus on Sanctification.  We’ll be looking at how the Bible defines sanctification, the connection between our sanctification and salvation, and how God changes us.  There's no homework and no reading required. Instead classes will be self contained to cover one topic per session.
